This terms and conditions document forms a legally binding agreement between you and dkwen. By creating an account on the dkwen platform or using this website, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using this platform.

Definitions and Applicability

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the dkwen website and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any visitor to the platform, whether registered or not.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created through registration on the platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real money (funds) held in your account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to additional funds received through promotions, which are withdrawable subject to meeting specific conditions.

These terms apply to all services on the website — including sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other entertainment services.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on the dkwen platform and use any betting or gaming services. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Only

Each individual may operate only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household will be flagged as "duplicate accounts" and any bonuses may be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. It is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately if any of your details change. Providing incorrect or false information may result in your account being suspended or closed.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account, regardless of whether it was authorised or unauthorised by a third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Before approving a withdrawal request, dkwen may require identity verification (KYC) to be completed. Failure to provide the required documents may delay your withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — direct withdrawal to a third-party account is not permitted.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not currently available.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

dkwen offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 gives you the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit or total balance. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion has its own validity period and terms — those specific terms apply.
• The same promotion cannot be used more than once.
• In cases of promotion abuse or bonus arbitrage, all benefits may be cancelled.
• dkwen reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

4.4 VIP Program

dkwen's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you move to higher tiers — from 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. VIP terms may change and members will be notified of any changes.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate the platform.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's information.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes ("collusion").
• Creating multiple accounts within one household to claim bonus benefits.
• Deceiving third parties in the name or identity of dkwen.
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language against any individual or group.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dkwen platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and all digital assets — is fully owned by dkwen or properly licensed from third parties.

As a user, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing, or modifying any part of the platform.
• Distributing or selling platform content for commercial purposes.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract the source code.

Limitation of Liability

dkwen will not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues, internet disruptions, third-party system failures, or problems with your own device or connection.

dkwen would like to clarify that:

• No guarantee is made that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
• Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or upgrades — advance notice will be given where possible.
• dkwen is not directly responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.).

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by dkwen

dkwen may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms.
• Fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Suspected or confirmed underage use.
• Instructions from a regulatory body or legal authority.
• Extended period of inactivity.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed — however, bonus balances with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or complaint must first be submitted to our customer support team. We review all complaints with due care and aim to resolve them as quickly as possible.

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that clause will be considered void; all remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
